The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to the following and            
waived the Judiciary Committee referral at the request of                      
Representative Porter, Chair:                                                  
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 351                                                           
"An Act amending Alaska Rule of Evidence 404, relating to the                 
admissibility of certain character evidence in court proceedings."             
                                                                               
SB 351 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and sent to the                
Finance Committee.
